Radius has 3 decades of professional experience: a tradition of innovation. Our toolset is built on the latest LEAN, PPAP, FMEA, ISO, Design Thinking, Lean Startup CRM, ERP, CAD, CAM and Digital twin solutions.

The COVID-19 pandemic prompted us to manufacture a new line of products. There was a need to respond quickly to the rising demand for solutions in prevention and protection. That is why we have developed our MEDI PUMP, non-contact hand sanitizer columns, hygienic face shields and breath protection walls. These unique products are manufactured at our site in Jászapáti with our own tools and equipment

All our technologies ‒ be it the application of state-of-the-art solutions or the masterful deployment of classically proven processes ‒ help us to provide to our customers perfectly processed products, whose quality is also guaranteed by our professional certifications of which we are especially proud.

In 2020, we’ve manufactured 877 types of products, in a total amount of 300.980 pieces. Here are 6 of our 31 activities:

Plastic vacuum forming

An innovative, cost-effective method where we can achieve a significant advantage in speed of implementation with our in-house tool manufacturing.

Painting

We paint industrial and automotive metal, wood, and plastic products using solvent and powder paint.

Polyurethane foaming

Manufacturing hard and soft foams with various inserts and the associated technologies, tool manufacturing.

Manufacturing promotional products

IN-Store devices: GASTRO, HORECA devices; information boards, devices; POP, POS display; PRINT service, advertising gifts; installation and maintenance of advertising devices.

Signage

We have considerable experience and results in the labelling of industrial semi-finished and finished products and its logistics.

General product manufacturing

Many of our technologies allow us to manufacture complete tools and equipment, including electrical and mechanical assembly.
