Radius Signage Kft. has existed in this company form since 2011, but its production experience has been taking shape since 1990. More than half of our always motivated and professional employees have been working with us for more than 25 years, which is a huge advantage not only for the management of the company, but also for our clients, to whom we pass on this all-important practical experience.

 

Our team of about half a hundred professionals knows nothing impossible in the machining of plastics and metals and in our other fields, with which we provide stable support for domestic industrial supply. Our special strength is that in addition to production, we can even solve assembly.

As a manufacturing company, our biggest specialty is plastic and metal, but we are also at home in other areas.

 

We process almost all types of plastics (ABS, PMMA, PS, PET, PC, PE, PP), the properties and usability of which we are aware of through our many years of experience. Our technologies related to plastic processing: vacuum forming, polyurethane foaming, CNC controlled laser cutting, milling, bending and bonding of plastic sheets and sheets.

 

Within metalworking, we represent uncompromising quality in the categories of sheet metal, pipe and hollow section machining, laser cutting and CNC press bending, manual, robotic and spot welding, threaded stud welding, as well as deburring, grinding, technological assembly and powder and solvent painting.

 

However, this is only the tip of the iceberg, because we can perform almost any machining and workflow that can be considered in the field of industrial supply or even advertising equipment production.

 

Production of almost 900 items in 1 year

We counted it, and it turned out that in 2024 – which was also the year of the crisis caused by the virus in most economic sectors – we produced no less than 877 types of items for our customers, a total of 300,980 pieces.

In addition to the automotive industry, we are also committed to serving the healthcare industry with our activities. In 2020, we helped the epidemic control with self-developed products. Our high level of knowledge of a large number of technologies and materials, combined with our many years of manufacturing and design experience, has enabled us to react lightning-fast to new challenges.

 

Our main articles are prepared with a flowchart per product, FMEA and PPAP sampling components. In addition, we work with ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system and IFKA Industry 4.0 gold certification.
